This issue (Number 4, Volume 2) is the last one for 2016.

e-Oftalmo.CBO: Digital Journal of Ophthalmology is a scientific journal that uses advanced technological resources rarely seen in the Brazilian context.

We have sought to innovate by publishing, in addition to the traditional PDF/A version files, audio files of all the articles, which can be listened to via a mobile phone, tablet or even in car. Articles can also be read because the interface we use to publish articles in PDF/A is also compatible with mobile devices.

We usually present our editorials in video format to form a closer relationship with ophthalmologists. We encourage the publication of videos in a dedicated section of e-Ophthalmo that we have created for this purpose. Have you produced an interesting video? Why not submit it to our editorial board for publication?

On the cover page of each issue of e-Oftalmo.CBO, you will find the playlist of all the video and audio files published in the previous issue.

The articles are also published in English to make them accessible to non-Portuguese-speaking readers and authors.
